Frequently Asked Questions
- When does the timeline commence? As outlined on our Process & Turnaround Time Information page. However, may skip optional steps (e.g., consultation call or additional questions) at our discretion to speed matters up.
- What if I need corrections? Available as a separate paid service after delivery.
- What about the LinkedIn profile? The Express Service expedites the delivery of a CV, as well as a cover letter if you have ordered one. The LinkedIn profile still follows after.
- What if I have ordered more than one CV and cover letter? The upgraded speed is just valid for one CV and one cover letter. Any additional purchases would be delivered days after. The entire process will usually follow the Express method.
- What if I need a faster turnaround time? Ask us in writing if the Express Service can be done faster and explicitly request mutual confirmation that we are varying it from the 3-5 working days mentioned. Simply sending a job link or requesting it by a certain date is not enough. We will need to state we are explicitly "varying the terms of the Express Service" to a shorter time period.
